2025 Municipal Election

Declaration of Candidacy Submission Deadline:
JUNE 2-6th, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Those interested in becoming a candidate for municipal office in Fairview City shall file a Declaration of Candidacy (provided in-office) in-person with the City Recorder between June 2-6th, 2025, at the Fairview City offices, 85 South State.
Candidates must be a US citizen, at least 18 years old, a registered voter, and a resident of Fairview City for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the election and not been convicted of a felony. See Utah Code 20A-9-203 for more details. Candidates will be required to timely file certain financial disclosures related to their campaign or be disqualified.
